We booked a reservation Friday for tonight's cruise on the upper deck. Of the sunset Blues Cruise. When we got to the ship we found out that they didn't have seating for us on the upper deck. An employee had booted us off for no apparent reason. The owner refused to talk with us. We were standing outside the place having a quiet , private conversation amongst ourselves and they threatened us with police. We had never threatened them, never yelled nothing but their treatment of us was deplorable. Even the woman told us we weren't doing anything that was wrong but that was what the owner told her to tell us. Disgusting. We won't be returning to this place.

Staff on boat were nice, did the 1 hour scenic tour for $18 a person, some interesting facts, but by no means fact filled, there were times that the guides were not talking. Still nice but need some better guide information. They did try their best though. They also do lunch and dinner cruises.

It was $18/adult for the Seneca Legacy boat excursion. It was relaxing, but I wish the boat ride would have went further up the lake.

Very relaxing dinner cruise on Seneca lake...food was good...surf n turf was a piece of prime rib and scallops in a mushroom sauce...not exactly what I envisioned

The cruise was very informative. The captain was interesting. The boat ride itself was smooth and cool. I would highly recommend it. Wish it was longer.
