I am totally appalled by the recent treatment of both my daughters!! In the last month one was given the WRONG VACCINE and today my daughter was refused service because we were 8 minutes late (we called because traffic was detoured by the office due to a very bad accident). DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE - BAD BAD PATIENT SERVICE!!

I wouldn't go here if my son was dying outside the building .... These people have absolutely no customer service experience. Most of the staff have no idea what the policy and procedures are so one person saying one thing and another saying something totally different ...... There is absolutely no consistency. Your best bet especially if you have a new patient is to go to another pediatric practice. Go somewhere where they treat you and your child as top priority. Go where your services are appreciated. I can tell you that this place is not somewhere you would want to take your child...... My son was having severe nose bleeds and they refused to set him up an appointment although they have all the info to do so. They told me to go to urgent care. Once that was said i knew they wouldn't be able to find they way out of a paper bag .... Clearly they wasnt trained nor do they know what to do with a nose bleed so they're pushing me to another practice. Which is fine!!! They pick and choose who they want to deal with ..... Save yourself the headache go somewhere else!!!

Dr. Margaret & Dr. Christy are amazing with our toddler.
