I bought a leather handbag as an anniversary gift and wanted to personalize it a bit. I gave these folks a called to see what could be done and Dave went above and beyond to help me out. Threw out a plethora of options and asked me questions I never even thought of asking him. The experience he has in his craft was clearly visible. Guided me through the process, took pictures, requested email confirmations and delivered proofs before the final product was delivered. check out the pics, the engraving came out exactly how I thought it would, and the whole process from start to finish was a breeze. Best of all, delivery was on time and as scheduled. A++ service.

I make cards and prints, and got a self-inking stamp to mark the backs. It was exactly what I needed: the image is crisp, even, and can make tons of impressions of equal quality in quick succession even on thick paper with uneven texture

I've had stamps and some engraving done here. Both times the products were exaxtly what was ordered and completed before I expected. The staff is beyond friendly and very knowledgeable in the products they sell. If you enjoy customer service this is the place to go.
