Capital Springs

Great customer service.

1st time I called the person was very nice and helped as much as possible, 2nd time I called for a part, the gentleman was rude and drilled me with questions where I got my leaf spring parts?, was it the internet?, how was I suppose to fix the part myself?, I need special parts to fix it, if you want it done properly you can bring it in or if you think the internet has better stuff you should order that. ( This was all without me speaking a second sentence.) I mentioned it was my neighbour was a mechanic who offered to do it for me, (who is an actual mechanic with education and experience). The man from Capital Spring said that; "back yard mechanics sometimes don't really know what they are doing and if I want my work done properly it needs to be done in shop". "There are no universal parts for trucks, I would need to see it myself, leafs are a little different for each make of truck." (I understand that was true but my neighbour has done this sort of thing before, ALL I WANTED WAS A PART. I said I'm sorry I'm just going by what me neighbour said, he told me he could fix it for me. The man from Capital Springs finished by saying, I had to take my part off and bring it in to get fixed, I said okay thanks. I WONT BE BRINGING MY PART IN! I'm sure you're a trusted business and more than likely a good one for me to be referred to you by my mechanic, but no customer deserves such a awkward and weird conversation! (I figured I could only imagine how many people he did this to who were actually fleet vehicle owners and now he is feeling the sting of business.) The internet can be a friend or a foe Mr. Capital Springs! DONT HATE ON IT!
