No need to queue here for ticket. Simply book the ticket online via visit.parl.ca and find the availability. The ticket is free. You can only visit Senate and House of Commons for now. Center Block is under construction and not open for public for 10 years. Crazy?! Right!

Our group came in for tickets .were told get them online. Why have this office, when you can't help visitors
Arrive early, stay hydrated, and bring lots of patience if you're planning on visiting on a weekend or holiday. By 8:30am the line was nearly 2 blocks long to get into the Kiosk.
Nice people. kiosk is a Bad name. Should say office instead of kiosk. Needs a street level sign. Hard to see from a car.
Nice and friendly staff, just maps, but it has a toilet wheelchair accessible.
Very helpful, lots of maps. Worth a stop
Tickets for tours are given out early. Best to arrive at 8:15am to get your tickets.
