They refused to send a towing because it was inconvenient for them. I cancelled my membership.
Called to have a key made and I was told someone would be there in 45 minutes. Hour and a half later I get a call and told that there would be an additional cost for someone to come to me and no one had been dispatched... Customer service needs work.
Worst experience. Called to get an auto insurance quote and the lady on the phone told me that 3.5 years of driving experience is not enough and I need 9 years of driving experience to get an insurance from this company.
Both experiences for us have been positive. The drivers always friendly and helpful. The most recent on, my car battery died. The driver installed a new one in our driveway for the same cost as one store bought and no installation fees.
Rhetorically can I rate a rate a ZERO? A total waste of time and $. A total failure of a service. Period!!!!!!
