Capital District YMCA - Duanesburg Branch

It's close to everything in the rural community here so you don't have to drive to Albany or Schenectady or Cobleskill in Amsterdam if you want to get a good workout in without being out in the elements. The only reason I wouldn't give it five stars is because in the workout room it's Compact and the equipment is pretty close to every other piece of equipment in there so it can get kind of tight if there are more than 10 people in the workout area at any given time. But I have not seen that many people in there yet the basketball court is beautiful and new there is also a nice lap pool with a jacuzzi locker rooms are very clean as well. And friendly staff don't forget them!
