tried my first class here, i’m on the intro pack. the class itself is great, the teacher was a pro. but for the regular price point, i was expecting a cleaner and better ventilated studio - the smell of sweat is overpowering and almost distracting especially when you start the class. i get that its “hot yoga” and you sweat a lot but i’ve been to other hot yoga studios who air out the rooms better.
I am a beginner and this is my first time trying hot yoga but I felt welcomed here. The instructors and staff are very nice and helpful. The place is clean and organized. The people that go to the studio are also very nice which makes me feel comfortable. I'm looking forward to my next class!
The instructor was very helpful. She helped me and encouraged me to keep going and stay strong. Although I wanted to quit numerous of times, she held my hand and even sat next to me for the remainder of the class as she seen I was struggling. It was my first time and I will be coming back next week.
Phenomenal class and instructors. Such an incredible and fulfilling experience. Highly recommend to all!
The owners are great and they gave me great advice to get through the class with ease. The classes are now enjoyable and I feel accomplished and empowered and want to keep coming back.
Back to hot yoga after 2 years, and was not impressed with my first class at this studio. The studio is a bit clichish, people can be very loud before class and it’s rude. I don’t feel like the instructors know what they’re doing and classes are always short. All in all I wouldn’t go back. If you find a different hot yoga studio go there. If you want attitude and a semi-knowledgeable instructor than go here.
I am fairly new to SI and been looking for a studio/community where I would not feel myself as an outsider and boy am I glad I discovered this Studio. I don't know the owner unfortunately but cannot recommend enough Whitney, Tiffany, and and Winnie. I am SO in love in their workouts and I feel like a totally new person after starting going there. My week is not the same without SLIHY! :
I’ve been going to this place on and off for years. Every time when life brings a new challenge yoga helps to get through it. The place is very welcoming and all the instructors are great people.
Unlike other studios/gyms there isn't a "bad" instructor. For someone who doesn't have alot of control over what classes they can attend that is huge. Studio is clean. I feel comfortable with the safety protocols followed. A++
