We stopped in here for a quick bite after a late appointment, my husband and I. The cashier was nice and courteous. The food was served up quickly. Everything was good and hot and the establishment was clean. The poutine sauce is one of the best in the region.
Excellent hot dogs, but the poutine was not quite on par with this place's reputation. The cheese was really good.nnWhile the staff was friendly, they seemed confused at times and the way they just shout your whole order to let you know it's there to pick up was confusing. Why not just give numbers to people?
Cantine Boivin is known for its cheese and québécois poutine. There's also a lot of variety and options for their dishes. Compared to other fast food chains such as Mcdo and Burger King, they price slightly lower for the same amount of food.
So excited this place is close to my work. They were quick and food was hot. Very good.
Nice little unpretentious snack with smiling staff! Boivin cheese is of course worth the detour. The homemade sauce is good and not very sweet but was in small quantity in our family poutine.nSeveral cheese products sold on site.nThe dining room is clean.
