I have used this store and only this store since they opened. Was happy with what I was buying until lately. The cartridges that I have bought lately have not been full, they have had big air bubbles in them and once it settles its less then 1 gram that you pay for.nAnd once you get home, you don't always have the time to go back and try and return it so your stuck with less then what you pay for. Not impress when it settles and its lower then the label on the cartridge, BIG AIR BUBBLES!!nnTried a different kind to see if the problem was just the kind, however it was worse this time! Think this will be my last visit to this store. Its not faulty, they don't seem to be the weight you sell them for. And most people cant just get up and return them, due to health issues. If Im paying for a gram I expect a gram. not half of that, and most of them are like the pic. I have tried different one to see and it is the same. It would be nice if you took responsibility for it, the picture shows almost half the cartridge gone that's more then just a bubble. And I have tried more then 10 different kinds and not all of them have this, so it seems like another excuse is all! No worries no one has helped and I've not came back.

The product they have listed online is never actually available in store. Tried to get some Black Mamba or some Top Shelf, but nope just a illusion. It's 2024 you figure a chain of stores could have a working website. Local shops pull if off somehow. Must be magic.

Their web site SUCKS big time !!! Promote items that they do t even carry or have when it claims they do . So much for cheap prices , if I have to drive all the way to their store because website says they DO have the item i want , get there and turns out that they never ever had it . Their TMs claim that they’ve told corporate about this issue many times but DONT care at all .. their anwser is “ Call us before you come and ask us if we have it “ !!! So now all you know …. Don’t even bother looking up this Stone Age company … LOLnI won’t …

I stopped at Canna Cabana after work for some treats for the weekend. The staff, especially Noah were great and knowledgeable, I got a great discount by joining their club effortlessly. Thank you for your service.
