Pack your patience or arrive extra early. Parking is an absolute nightmare, especially during a tournament. Best to stay once you've found a spot. Toronto's finest patrolling the lot handing out tickets.nOnce inside rinks are decent size but poor viewing options. Everything funnels to a crowded lobby, and the only washrooms for the entire facility are upstairs and usually lined up.
Friday night hockey with the fellas is one of the best nights of the week!!! Canlan Sports makes each visit a great one and stays on top of suggestions in regards to locker room and ice time tips. Solid spot with solid people.
I’ve played for 11 years here and it’s crazy how bad it’s gotten here. The refs let games escalate into mayhem, no accountability, the facilities are horrible now, the showers leak into the rooms, the showers are so hot that you can’t properly shower, mold in the showers, the ice gets over flooded often and when trying to be constructive in pointing out areas that need major attention, no one listens. It’s unfortunate, it used to be a great place to play
Really nice olice hockey arena. Large with many rinks. There is a convenient resteraunt located on site. You can even watch some of the games while enjoying a beverage.nnThe locker rooms are clean and of a good size.nnParking can very challenging during peak periods.
I've played at Etobicoke canlan for over a decade it's never been this bad. My team pays to play Tuesday nights, at qwench centerEtobicoke canlan. We're paying the most we've ever paid. The season starts and teammates notice that we've been scheduled to play off night games on weekendswhich we'll probably have to forfeit and on top of that we're scheduled to play at Iceland in Mississauga. WE ARE PAYING TO PLAY TUESDAYS AT ETOBICOKE! We never received any communication from anyone until after the season started. Also in the past we had to forfeit a game due to a lack of players at an 1130 game, and the convenor didn't tell the other team or the refs everyone showed up and didn't know what was going on. Our teams probably going to stop playing there after this season. Look at all the other negative reviews and you'll see who appears to be responsible thanks alot Ryan Barbour....
