4 pads of ice. Large change rooms. Clean for an arena. Staff are nice. Upstairs restaurant /bar with viewing to all sheets viewing is behind one of the nets, not the side. Viewing at ice level is not good - up against the glass on half the rink and no bleachers. Elevator and accessible washrooms, although I wouldn't say the washrooms are ideal for those with disability. Oh, and parking spaces are tight. Not enough parking if a tournament is going on.
I recently booked a corporate hockey tournament here, and was the main point-of-contact for securing the rinks, and arranging food & bev after the games. Ryan and Erick were fantastic to work with - so were the rest of the staff. Even though I underestimated the amount of food needed, staff were quick to replenish.
My only concern is lack of parking for tournaments, especially this weekend. I have a handicap sticker and only 6 spots? That is all I saw... always taken but not only that i actually drove around the parking lot for thirty five minutes until I could find a spot open up and it was incredibly far. Perhaps too many teams...
The area is good - lots of rinks and good amount of change rooms. Has restaurant above so you can watch games not in the cold. Only downside is parking - on busy tournament days it's impossible to find a spot despite a large lot.
I was there over for the tournament and I would 100% go back just to be served and treated amazing by one staff that stood out to me! Daniela thank you for the best service I’ve ever had. You were amazing and I can’t wait to return just to see you. Service: 10/10 conversations: 10/10nHospitality: 10/10 ! I hope this place never loses her!!
