If you're looking for just a gym to workout in I don't recommend this place. The hours are bad, the facilities are dated, and when it's crowded it's hard to get equipment you need. They have other facilities like a pool and courts so it's good if you want those but bad for just a workout gym. It's also very pricey.
Very big Sports center belonging to Toronto University. Olímpic size swimming pool, big indoor running track and many more different rooms for different sports. They provide also camps for kids
Great staff and i received very friendly and helpful service. Registering was easy and the process was very informative. It's close to where I work on campus so I can jog on the track during my lunch hour to prioritize my cardio during the day which is essential for my overall wellness
Best Olympic sized pool in downtown Toronto. You need a membership to use the pool, which is available to all U of T students as part of their student fees, but also available to community members who pay a monthly or annual fee. The pool offers daily lane swimming, springboard diving, and rec swimming times for members. Changerooms are vast and there's a steam sauna and showers. There's also a family changeroom for people who need more privacy.nnIt is also rented in full or in part by local aquatics clubs such as diving, scuba, water polo and synchronized swimming clubs, which you can join separately.
They close the swim pool randomly and they don’t notify you prior. If you follow the protocol and shower before you swim, you’d be wet and cold waiting for them to open the pool.
