Went in to purchase a new torque wrench without knowing I could do a tool warranty exchange. A very knowledgeable employee named JO she was absolutely the best. Very friendly and made me and my wife smile. Walked out if the store completely satisfied. We also bought more tools. I highly recommend JO she was so amazing and helped us out emensly. I will definitely be back.
We came in 15 minutes before closing, desperate to get some tools quickly to fix our broken down trailer. The general manager, Mark, helped us to get all the things we needed with one minute to spare. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and didn't make us feel bad for coming in at the last minute and going overtime at the till. Thank you so much Mark! We are so grateful.
The sales are awesome but I went in to purchase a few things the store was not busy and there was no line at the register. I had a collection of Canadian tire money physical money and on rewards card and a shop card from a previous purchase, when it came time to pay I asked to use my Canadian tire money, monika very visibly rolled her eyes, and sighed loudly which in my opinion was extremely rude. I had all the cash it was $10.30 all bundled nicely and together in the correct denomination to try and make it easier, she asked the lady at customer service how to do the transaction and between talking to her she was shaking her head and saying I don’t think that’s how it’s done not just once and just visibly annoyed. customer service had to ring up 2 separate customers through all this as she was the only till that wasn’t self serve. But why have a rewards program if it’s obviously that much of a hassle for the workers to be visibly and audibly annoyed when we try and use it. Not impressed with the customer service at all.
Great customer service. I was looking for a hunting item which I know nothing about and the young gentleman who helped me answered all my questions and explained it to me. The item was out of stock at the time but I would definitely go back if only for the awesome customer service I received.
