Have had a great experience here. Wonderful store worth a visit

I think that the people at Beachcomber are wonderful. They are very accomodating, knowledgeable and helpful. What I like the most about this company is the fact that they are local. I know that they are always giving back to the local communities (like purchasing kids 4-H projects - just one example) I think that it's a two way street, you support local. Local supports you. We bought our hot tub and some furniture from them and the service was wonderful. We found everyone very friendly.

Generally good people and good products, but high turn over at Hot Tub chemicals. Wrong information gave me skin burn and when I tried to give them feedback on what was the problem, not well received. Looking elsewhere for my chemicals in the future

Good service with 2 locations in Kelowna and Vernon. Have an excellent and varies selection of outdoor furniture
