Came here to get some friskies for my cats earlier today and had witnessed one of the managers yelling at a young girl and was very rude and condenscending towards the girl the entire time I was in the aisle! I could not believe this woman was talking to her staff that way, and in front of customers! Belittling, discouraging and putting down youngins whom I assume was training is no way to get customers to come back, if they treat their staff this way who knows the way they treat their product! Talked with the girl who was yelled at and another girl earlier in the day and both were extremely helpful in finding me a phone I was looking for as well as some cleaning supplies. The 2 girls were very kind and helpful but I cannot say the same for their manager, very dissapointing to see such a good staff team get treated that way!
Finally open after a lengthy rebuild! Salad bar was 10 the chicken which I used to give a 10 would be 8.5 but I'm chaulking that up to the fact they just reopened...nHopefully it'll get back to a 10 which I've rated before!nCheers!
Asked staff before buying if this product is returnable as I was going to try it on my Land Rover, was told yes retun accepted for 14 days.nnWent into parking lot and it didn't work on my vehicle, walked back to return and was told no they can't return it, had an argument with customer service before they finally refunded my money.nnUnsure if it is lack of communication between departments or poor customer service, either way this is annoying and makes customers don't wanna come back.nn
Normally I never have a problem but today I needed 1 foot of shagy artificial grass and 2 feet of non shaggy artificial grass sold by the foot off a roll. The 3 employees that came to cut the amount I needed the women were quite rude and the male was basically useless it was like watching 3 circus monkeys trying to play catch.
Such friendly and helpful people at crustomer service. Bought a swing had a large piece missing. Called company where swing was made they wouldn’t do anything. Canadian Tire Yorkton found one for us. Now that’s going above and beyond.
