Just went this afternoon to buy a balloon arrangement for a birthday party… there was a balloon packages all on the rack appearing at 6.99… when scanned at the cash it was 33.99 … so the person in charge called the director of the store to let him know that it was put at the wrong price and he should leave it at the price appearing but he told us she won’t do that… I told him it’s a policy and that it should be given to the price on the rack where all the rest of the same packs are… he said NO very bluntly… I told him I would take my money somewhere else and his response as a [ director] to leave and go somewhere else… what a great way to answer clients who spend lots of money in this store and especially after the holidays the business is more quiet… this director was extremely rude and not helpful at all and that’s what the employees have to deal with… very sad and I will NEVER recommend this store to anyone that I know!!! Very disgusted! He actually tells clients to shop somewhere else unbelievable!!
great service from Sarah B, I'm so happy I went to the garage here just because of the service she gives, the garage has some problems and it takes a long time to get you car back, but overall is fine, great costumer service, only reason i give 5 *.
This was our meeting spot for our big daycare strike last week. I was amazed how wonderful Canadian Tire was with us. The manager was at the entrance directing us to the bathroom. They put chairs out for us to sit on so we can put our hot pockets in our boots as we were cold. Thank you Canadian Tire for your AMAZING SUPPORT nYou were too kind
Raj was most helpful by walking me to find the products I was looking for as they were not in an assigned area. Refreshing experience. Normally when you ask for help in Canadian Tire, the clerks run the other way or states it's not their department.
Visited the garage today for tire installation. The mechanic got the job done seemingly. But there was lack of professionalism and courtesy. The removed tires were dumped in the truck with no plastic bags/protection, resulting in stained fabrics and dirt in the truck. If you do care about the cleanliness of your car, have it taken care of somewhere else.
