the service was not that great.. i took an apointement at 14h00 and i had to fix a tire valve that takes 30 min.. i got out at 16h00 .. i asked what happened. apparently they took a break and she couldnt tell me.. why would you take an appointemrnt if it takes 2 hours to repair a thjng that takes 30 min.. otherwise .. you can get your self camping and kitchen stuff for cheap when its on sales..

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. BETTER TO GO TO GREENFIELD PARK WHERE THEY ARE MORE HELPFUL AND BILINGUAL. OR ORDER ONLINE. I AM NEVER GOING BACK.

I bought a air impact wrench that turned out to be defective. I went to this store about a week later to return it and take another one the exact model but the store would not take it and they were baffled why I wanted to take the same model ! The employees in the customer service section were totally impolite in their manner of speaking and tone of voice and did not believe me when I told them that it was not working properly and I simply wanted to exchange it. As an engineer I know when products are working to specs or not. And by the way, this does not cost them anything as the product is simply returned to the manufacturer. So much for the customer is always right ! I went to another Canadian tire and they told me that the first store should have excepted the return with no questions ! The second store exchanged it for me in a totally polite manner. Least to say that I am not going back to this 10-30 store again and recommend that you avoid it.

Plenty of parking space. Lots of variety for all purses. Should have maybe more staff on the floor to help customers to find what they are looking for. Overall, a good place.
