Canadian Tire

Workers are always nice and you usually find what you want but it's always so long to pay and leave near the exit when there are remotely a crowd in the store. Their self paying checkout crate or whatever they call them, are working and not broken 1/10 it's very useless they should take advice from walmart in these. I've added 1 more star because the employees are very helpful even if they don't know the answer they seek for it.

Staff were helpfull to bring you to where you can find products. Also i was happy they carry a good range of brand products

I know that customer service in retail stores is not what it used to be, but this store takes it to a whole new level. Be prepared to wait an obscene amount of time to be able to pay for your stuff. It regularly takes around 10 minutes to be able to get to a cash register. I've never seen more than one cash open at the time, no matter the time of the day during the week or weekend. They have 3 self checkout cash register but they're NEVER open. If the line up to pay has less than 10 people it's your lucky day and should go buy a lottery ticket.nHelp in the different sections of the store is also unmatched. Unmatched because there is none! Good luck finding an associate to help you! If you did find one against all odds, don't bother asking them for advice on a project or what product is best for what you need. They'll look you dead in the eyes and tell you they have no clue or simply don't care real story!.nnThere's only 2 big stores in Sept-Iles, it really wouldn't be difficult to beat your competitor but still, they fail miserably

It was so cool to go there! They have all you need from autoparts,kitchen ware,appliances,survival kits and everything!
