Canadian Tire

Don't waste your time... Every time I go they never have the product I'm looking for. I went in the week of January 15, 2018. I need Shop vac 5gal. vacuum bags. The shelf was empty (as usual). Tried looking for an employee... Good luck... One star too many...

This is my go to Canadian tire, they always have the products I was looking for. The store is well organized and items are neatly placed ok the shelves. The staff is average.

Customer service is seriously lacking. The returns clerk, (short of not knowing her name she was tall long haired, tattooed) was impatient and accusing. Did not explain anything as far as the refund just pushed to sign. And when their debit machine didn't work she was aggressive with us over it. I've never had such awful service at Canadian tire before. The car department however was super helpful and very kind and went above and beyond.

Don't be surprised if they treat you like a thief for no reason... the cashier took my personal box and went to check if I was thieving it from inside the store ... Normally in other store if they have a doubt about something they ask you kindly, but in this Canadian tire by default you're a thief until you prove otherwise! I will never go back and I wouldn't recommend anyone! Hope the director Steves Savard could listen to the customers and read those 1 star reviews!!
