I'd give it zero stars if I could!!! I went into exchange a battery that I bought 3 DAYS AGO and was told that they couldn't do that. My boyfriend goes into a different Canadian tire and they exchange it for him! Will NEVER shop here again!!!! You lost my business.
The store itself is awesome. I can usually find everything I need.... .except someone who knows anything or where anything is located. This can be frustrating if I'm in a bit of a hurry.nStaff needs to be better educated on the items in the department that they're working in.nnGreat store, but I'm the customer. I should have to know the store inside and out to serve myself.nCheers,
Good experience over all. Except for today, went to customer service for assistance, and the worker behind the counter spent more time struggling with a stapler than help me.nnWent in today, found everything that I planned on purchasing. But disappointed with the rudeness of some of the staff.
The reason I gave a low score is because when I went to do my inspection the mechanic went on a joy ride with my vehicle not part of the inspection requirements and when I told them that I wasnt impressed and no longer wanted their service they failed my vehicle. Which passed the next day at another mechanics place.
Customer service is on point, got what i ordered in perfectly every time. Comes down to you knowing your vehicle tho.
