Canadian Tire

If I could give 0 stars I would. Telling me I cannot return a battery that is broken and not even a year old because it’s frozen?! Sorry but everything in sylvan lake is frozen right now it’s minus 30. 5 year warranty is completely useless because they have a reason for every fault it could possibly have. For a name like CANADIAN tire they absolutely do not cater to CANADIANS and CANADIAN whether.

Friendly knowledgeable staff, Excellent selection of tires in stock, installed in under an hour. They even fixed the crack on my windshield for an affordable price.. Defiantly worth the drive from Red Deer

I just bought a new set of winter tires here. It was busy and it was backed up. It didn't matter, I got tires and wheels that day, installed right away. I think they may have turned this service around, there was enough staff and they knew their jobs. Thank you, the Continentals are excellent, I even got hubcaps in Red Deer with the CT money..lol.

The absolute worst Canadian tire I have ever delt with. Bad customer service would be a step up from the zero customer service they offer. Go anywhere else but here unless you want to spend your days wondering the store for a shred of help or sitting on hold all afternoon trying to talk to a human being.

I wonder every time I go in why I return. Worst customer service. Today was the final time. Bought a sun canopy for work, went to use it and and a arm was broken. Obviously someone returned it since it was the last one. They wouldn't do anything except tell me to goto red deer. Thanks for nothing. Do not shop here
