The item was missed marked and ask said woo that 30$ more then the list price taxes aren’t much. After a price check the cashier was nice checked as said No the numbers don’t match the item does. I mentioned the pice should be honoured. Clearly there was an error “the numbers don’t match” you should still do it. For the corporation not the people I said. The manager sure back that up. I could see her hostility in her walk she said NO right away the numbers don’t match! I repeat myself walked out. I have and still work in customer service and I would be fired or asked to go home if I responded in such manner. I spend a considerable amount of money here now I will avoid the place. These experiences will be the reason AGI will take these jobs.
Tried to get sale price I saw the evening before online. Price had changed was told a snotty nasty No!! By two staff at once when I asked if I could get the sale price!! When I lived in Richmond the stores gave you the sale price that was listed the week before! I’m always frustrated by this store they have poor customer service!!
I'm tired of spending a lot of money in my local Canadain Tire store and being treated badly. I just went to buy another Dewalt cordless tool. But of course all they have on shevel is empty boxes. So they send the grumpy old bugger who works that department. He's always rude, looks grubby, I tell him which tool I need and he says ..do u have the battery for it...great question..that's cool ..he says wait at the service desk. So I do. Of course this takes ages. And guess what he come back with the wrong tool. A corded one. Luckily I notice. So girl calls him up on walky talky and says u got the wrong one. Well, he gives her an ear full...telling her I gave him the wrong box...and by reaction on cashiers face a lot more unpleasant remarks. So, now we wait AGAIN and finally Mr pleasant brings the correct tool. I politely say Thank you..he literally grunts at me in a very unpleasent manner. I get home and I remember..wait a minute...he asked me if I had the battery for it....so it wasn't my fault He got the corded one by mistake. I've had to deal with this nasty old bugger every time I go in there to buy a tool. Enough already...teach this nasty little man some manners Or get rid of the miserable old B.
Annoying music and sound system in the Powell River store. I can only stand it long enough to buy what I came in for and leave. No way you can browse without being aggravated and stressed.nIf that music is playing the next time I go in I'll know that your responses on Google reviews are just lip service.
Came in on a Sunday to buy round up to kill weeds and no one was on staff to sell it. Only 4 people can sell it and they were all off. There goes my Sunday plans..
