Not sure what this store is paying Sebastian at the mechanics counter but it’s probably not enough. I was visiting from Ontario and needed my dad’s vehicle checked as we were driving over 14 hrs back to Ontario. He took the most incredible care of us and our needs ensured the vehicle was completely checked to help ensure that the vehicle was in safe working order. Thank you so much to all the staff who helped us out. Cheers to all of you !!
This is hands down the worst Canadian Tire ever. The aisles are tight and crowded and there’s often palettes of stuff at the end of them blocking the way. Do not trust the stock listed on their website, it’s happened multiple times that I go out of my way to drive there and the item I need is not in stock. For some reason they merchandise items on shelves like 9 feet up. They have everything you don’t want and most of the customers just avoid ya while you’re wandering around in there. I usually find Canadian tire to be relaxing and fun but there’s something about this one that makes my blood boil almost immediately.
I was mesmerized and so grateful for the great customer service provided by Yoan. He was patient assisting with my kayak purchase, help me choose a good kayak and loaded the kayak into my car and help ensure it was well loaded. Impeccable service. Very knowledgeable young man and a very bright future ahead of him.
generally, poor service. There 2 sales persons you can actually find and communicate with. The other floor personnel runs and hides. Most have very little knowledge of the stock they're selling..If you're English-speaking, forget about any service, very poor service for english customers, except for the 2 previously mentioned employees...when they're not working, forget about getting any help! very poor! I gave it 3 stars for the help I get from the 2 mentioned....and as I read the reviews, I see a common complaint... Update. went for winter boots...service personnel nowhere to be found...AGAIN! Not sure if the owner knows some of his service personnel hides when customers come in...I had to find one of those ladders to climb to the top shelf and look for the boots...according to online page they had a few...but I guess they were hiding....like their service personnel! Went home and ordered them online.... Now, unless a truck with stock showed up in an hour..then I'm right...lazy personnel again...as I received an email that said my order was ready for pick up....an hour after placing it!
So overcrowded, it makes you want to leave as soon as you get there. Not enough room to get by anyone or anything and don't grab a cart because it will make your experience more awful. I much rather go to Campbellton.
