The service is extraordinary. My mother-in-law came to visit Ottawa, due to unforeseen circumstances, she had to stay a little longer. I called and without any problem she got her medication in the mail very quickly. My mother-in-law and all her friends lolnWas very impressed, and so was I.

the prices are very, very high and the staff doesn't speak a word of English. NOT GOOD for tourists like us... Thank goodness we had a dictionary with us because miming/playing charades to find band-aids was comical. No, I didn't want ketchup chips...lol
