Clean environment and extremely helpful customer service attendant

Went in for the first time today and loved it. The clothes are beautiful, mid-range price, the people working there are friendly and helpful, and a good selection of plus-sized clothing (in different styles, no less!). I ended up wearing the pants I purchased out of the store (the ones I came in wearing were....well loved, and in sore need of being retired). When I got home I noticed a hole in them, I figured "the tag's off, there's no way they'll let me exchange these." But I called to make sure. They were happy to exchange the pants for me because it was an imperfection. No muss no fuss! I'm super appreciative, and will defo be going back.
