Canadian Tire

Good size store. Lots of stock. Staff VERY helpful. Had everything I was looking for.

this store has no professional service asked C to get a gun cabinet he dropped it on my foot more concern from co worker about him than me it landed on my foot cutting my toe asked for a manger K left and came back with another cabinet no one asked if I was ok left written complaint and was informed K was a manager I was told owner would call me no calls if I need something from canadian tire it is worth going elsewhere oh bye the way I called K and C idiots with no customer concern I would have apologised if the store owner had called if this was USA store you would be in court

Shop here all the time. Glad to have a Canadian Tire in our area.

Terrible customer service on several visits. Associates don't seem to know what they are doing or care how much of your time they waste. Not courteous or respectful of their customers. Associates are not familiar with the store policies, and there seems to be a lot of confusion on the basics of processing a return that meets all stores requirements. Foolish confusion on the basics. I would rather shop at another location or store any day and try to avoid this store at almost all costs. Just pathetic.
