IGA Cooperative Limited Shediac

I visit this IGA a couple times a year, if that. I personally prefer No Frills and Sobeys. During this visit the staff were 50/50. Some not so friendly, a few older gentlemen and one younger gentleman very friendly. My groceries were packed horrendously by the cashier Karine? Not sure of spelling. I like to hold onto my receipt too, and that wasn't even an option as she just shoved in it a bag, said bye, and onto the next customer.nnThe produce section was very lack lusture as was a lot of the other sections throughout the store. I couldn't find a lot of the things I was looking for, but on the other hand, they have some items that I haven't seen elsewhere.nnI think todays visit was my visit for the year. I won't be running back, but I do appreciate the kindness of some of the employees during my visit. Sometimes that makes all the difference. Too bad the customer service wasn't consistent throughout all the staff.

Accused me of moving a product to receive a cheaper price after trying to call and discuss a pricing issue. Managers couldn't manage their way out of a wet paper bag.

All the cashiers here are so polite and courteous. 5 stars all the way. I love the people here.

Needed to drop in on a visit to Shediac and the store is bright and clean and the staff were friendly . A great meat department and fresh vegetables and a good selection of groceries .

Good selection, some items out of stock , friendly service.
