Took an hour and a half to get a car battery. It only took about 5 minutes to get the right battery, the rest of the time was spent trying to figure out the computer system. Poor management, need to make sure your staff is properly trained.

You can always find awesome stuff, but it's soooo squishy. Every aisle is so tight and packed with stuff. And the tills are so squished as well. It carries great stuff, but it is an uncomfortable place to be in.

Ok we went looking for spesrfac things and had our usual luck . Disinterested people working there after we searched them out and in all fairness they had no acess to parts books sales books or a common lnowlege of what they were even seeing .I did meet some nice people who directed me to bbq parts and plastic totes but on whole totally unsatisfied
