I recently visited the Canadian Tire at 3200 Rutherford Road in Vaughan to stock up on pool supplies and top soil for my backyard projects, and overall, it was a great experience. The store had a solid selection of pool supplies, including Aquarius pool chlorine tablets and algaecide, which I needed to keep my above-ground pool crystal clear. The staff, was helpful in guiding me to the right pool chemicals and explaining how to use the test strips for proper pH balance. I also picked up a few bags of Golfgreen top soil for my garden beds, which was well-priced and of good quality for planting vegetables.nThe store was well-organized, and the gardening section had everything I needed, from top soil to landscaping essentials. The Triangle Rewards program was a nice bonus, saving me a bit on the purchase. My only gripe was that the pool supplies section was a bit understocked—some of the clarifier solutions I wanted were out of stock, which meant I had to come back another day. The staff were apologetic and offered to check other locations, but better inventory management would’ve made it a 5-star visit. Still, I’d recommend this Canadian Tire for pool and garden needs in Vaughan—great staff and solid products!
I had an excellent time shopping at this great store which was clean and organized. Employees are extremely nice all around the store and always offered help. I had an employee named Michael C whom was extremely kind and helpful, help me pick out an air conditioner from the highest row and answered all my questions about the product. he even offered to Carry it to the cash for me which was really helpful considering I did not get a shopping cart and I have back issues . even after this, He even helped bring it in the trunk for me and told me to tell the cash that I need a carry out. I am so astonished by the Great customer service inside this store and will definitely be coming back.
I had an oil change performed on my Nissan on June 17, 2025 at your location. Unfortunately, the experience was unacceptable and has left me extremely disappointed.nnAfter the service, I discovered that my vehicle interior was left a mess, with grease and oil smudges on various surfaces, including the steering wheel. Even more concerning, my glove box had been opened without permission, and its contents were in complete disarray. My ownership documents were left out on the seat, which is a clear disregard for customer privacy.nnWorse yet, I later noticed the glove box would not close properly. Upon inspection, I found that a screw had fallen out, and all three glove box mounting screws were loose, clearly a result of careless handling by the mechanic. This kind of oversight could have easily caused further damage while trying to open or close the glove box which was not operating properly.nnWhen I called to report the issue, the manager showed no concern or accountability, simply stating that a “new mechanic” had worked on the car. Regardless of the mechanic’s experience, a supervisor should have ensured the job was completed cleanly and correctly, especially when interior components are touched.nnThere was no justification for anyone to access my glove box during a basic oil change, and the lack of professionalism shown afterward makes it clear that this location lacks proper oversight.nnI will not be returning to this Canadian Tire for any future services, and I would strongly caution others against trusting their vehicles to this service center.
I booked the appointment even though I had to wait a few extra days because I trust the shop — it’s where I purchased my winter tires and hubcaps. On April 25, 2025, I visited Canadian Tire Woodbridge HWY 7 for my 12:00 noon appointment.nnUnfortunately, I didn’t inspect my car thoroughly after the tire replacement, as I trusted the team to do the job properly. However, I now regret not checking immediately — the technician who handled my car was not careful. There is now a noticeable dent and scratch on the back of my vehicle.nnThis was a very disappointing experience, especially from a shop I trusted.
