I have done hair straightening with this institution and my hair full lost,am bold now. Either it is too much chemical products/cheaper products/too hot applications. The lady who was concentrating too much on other costumes, and forgetting the present costumes/ halfway of procedures. I lost my hair..please do special care with your body and maintain beauty..
As a child, I used to get bored when my dad went to Canadian Tire; but now that I'm an adult, I can see why my father would make countless trips!nnThe Triangle card plus the fact that CT basically has everything now makes this place the first location I go for my household needs. My wife agrees!nHelpful staff never seems to be far away, there's rarely a line-up at checkout, and it's so clean there. I know it's strange to say, but it's true.
Great location. Well stocked and clean. Prices clearly marked and aisles free of clutter.
Claude in car supplies was super helpful and kind.nnGenerally all staff are friendly and helpful. Find the products are reasonably priced and of good quality.nThat is why I shop here!
First I would like to add that I am not someone that typically takes the time to write reviews positive or negative, however with this second negative experience of poor customer service involving the same individual I believe there is no alternative but to write the following.nI am thoroughly unimpressed with not only the lack of customer assistance but with the combative nature of the experience as well received from Claude in the automotive parts department it is as though I had inconvenienced him with my inquiry. This is also the second time in just as many months he has wasted my time when inquiring the location of a part that I know without a doubt Canadian tire Cornwall stocks and is available verified availability online prior to going.nWhen requesting the location of simple 8gage terminal connectors, I was met with “We don’t have that”, “If it’s not in the electrical isle, it’s not available” or “I’ve been here for 10 years and have never seen that” when he was asked if we can we look it up to make sure the response I received was “Nope”. Well Mr Claude, here is the link to the in stock and available item I inquired with you about, https://www.canadiantire.ca/en/pdp/scosche-x2rtc8-4-8-gauge-ring-terminals-4-pk-0350086p.0350086.htmlnPerhaps in your 11th year of employment with Canadian Tire you will at least hone in somewhat of a positive customer service skill set and take the additional 30 seconds if it’s not to much of an inconvenience to yourself to do so and verify in the system for the consumer if the part requested is indeed available or not instead of wasting the consumer’s time by flat out arguing with them that because you don’t remember seeing it “Yourself” in the past 10 years then it must not be available at all!nOn a positive note, I then went to Napa & was in/out with the product needed in less than 5min along with a positive customer service experience to top it all off with!
