Due to current regulations I had to make an appointment for pick up but my items were clean and ready for pick up. The gentleman I dealt with on the phone and at the door has a great attitude and a pleasure to deal with. Equipment loan program is very helpful.
You have to make an appointment to borrow their equipment. Phone ahead and they will serve you with a smile. We borrowed a walker and a stationary bidet, for after my wife's knee replacement.
Great experience with the Red Cross, now and in the past several times for my Wife and myself! Thnks to all the staff

Very helpful.
Such an amazing service they offer of medical equipment on loan to people who need it. The staff/volunteers were super friendly, helpful and the time of when the Dr. put in the referral the equiptment was ready the next day. For sure leave a donation as this service offered is a blessing to many people.
Canadian Red Cross is an amazing service. Great work everyone in all the hard work you put in! You guys are awesome.
