First time going White Water Rafting and it was a total blast, the course was a little too easy i found though. But the staff was very friendly and consistently entertaining. Pictures were overpriced however but that was the only downside. Luckily we brought our own Go-Pro and all of their helmets had a camera. They even provided a snack and drink half way through when we stopped at a river bed. 10/10

My friends and I went on the Elaho River rafting trip last weekend and had a blast! This company is not only professional but fun. Their staff was knowledgeable about the rivers and local area compared to other companies I have rafted with in the past. I have paid more for rafting trips previously and with Canadian Outback's reasonable prices and superb quality, it was an excellent value. Even though I am more experienced in rafting, some of the people I went with weren't. However this did not even have an impact on our trip because of how helpful and friendly the staff treated us. I would highly recommend anyone to go up a raft the Squamish rivers, especially if done through Canadian Outback! That trip is something I will remember for the rest of my life!

Watch out for your wallet! This company is overpriced for their services. They pride themselves on being an event and team building company for corporate clients but you better believe they are going to mark you up on that feel good premise. On a recent event quote that I had done, they came in thousands of dollars over their local competition. The craziest part is that they aren't even based locally at the city I'm in- they just have 'teams' in areas through the country. I've spoken to vendors who are used by them who had nothing good to say about the company as well and in fact were afraid to quote events against them even though they openly admitted that they felt Canadian Outback was pricing their entertainment out of the market and doing more to hurt their business than help them. Be warned- they'll ltake you for everything they can.

I have rafted with a few companies in the Vancouver area, and what makes the Canadian Outback experience superior is the spectacular location in the Squamish Valley, the quality rapids on the Elaho River and of course, the staff. If you are visiting Vancouver, you have two choices for rafting - north to Squamish or east to the Fraser Valley. Do yourself a favour and go north to take in the spectacular views of Howe Sound and the Coast Mountains as opposed to the rather boring Fraser Valley. All the more better if you want to take in some mountain biking, hiking, or climbing in Squamish, or visit Whistler. Note that most of the Whistler companies raft in Squamish anyway, so you may as well go with the local experts.
