Horrible I have been dealing with caps for years last few months they have really gone down hill I drive 2 hours for there deals but its not worth it anymore as the last 4 orders I got defective parts that ended up costing me double what I would have paid somewhere else just in gas going back and forth. They sold me an alternator that was under warranty and refused to replace it. Tried to charge me and extra $40 for the replacement when it was $12. They owed me $28 on a core charge. Not impressed wont be coming back your better of going to canadian tire saving your time money and hassle!
Went a few times for brakes, the 2 ladies there “confirmed” my brake pads were for my vehicle, the ones I ordered online were correct, when I went to pick up, same part number different part, unimpressed
Today I called this branch and asked for the price of the part I need. A guy named Brian answered me and gave me a price, but they raised the price when I came to pick up the item. This is the norm for them. They don't value the company's name and reputation. This company is cheap!
I had bought a controller arm with life time warranty now one of them is defective after couple years I went back with for replacement they tolled that invoice not for your car it's for a different car but that's the only car I owned recently so I advice every one not deal with them because there croks liers and no customers service mode.
The company changed supplier for European parts recently and its icreaced cost and reduced quality dramatically. Imported car parts are usually off brand cheap Chinese parts with a huge markup. I often end up with parts that don't fit, are for the wrong version of my car or are too low quality to attempt to use.nnGood for getting a part the day of or next day. Probably good for domestic vehicles. Really nice staff.
