The team showed zero accountability and refused to accommodate me, even though the mistake was on their end. Instead of working toward a solution, I was told I was wrong.nnAfter four hours of going back and forth, I finally spoke with someone who actually listened, only to confirm exactly what I said from the beginning…. they gave me the wrong parts.nnTruly disappointing service. Frustrating, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time.
Top notch service! And amazing prices! Sam is the bestnIve been buying most of my parts here for almost 2 years. Had an issue that pushed me to return a set of rotors. Although they were rusted due to mishandling, Sam did me a huge favour and refunded me the credit anyway.nVery friendly staff, very good prices and quality. 10/10 would go again!
Really displeased , they sold me a defective caliper a year ago which I only installed yesterday manufacturer defect and would not honor the product they sold me . The part was clearly new and they denied any return or credit. They are less expensive at CAPS for a reason, beware of their cheap products and lack of responsibility thereof, especially the individual named Sylvain, no accountability on his part.
I bought the wrong part for my mother's car and a month has passed. Yumar, an associate at CAPs assist me and took the parts back with no hassle. Great prices and best customer service!!
If you’re looking for great service, prices and parts availability, then its CAPS all around. I don’t even bother with other places unless I need to get it through the Dealer. And CAPS delivers.. thanks Justin!!
