I can't speak highly enough of James and the team at AudioMotive.nnThey installed a modern Sony head unit in my 2016 Honda HR-V, to replace its stock radio and make it a little more modern with Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, etc..nnIt was a seamless process from start to finish. James walked me through my options and answered all my questions. The job itself was done while I waited on site; they have a comfortable waiting area and the whole thing took about 2 hours.nnThe unit and its accompanying microphone were installed very cleanly. I actually previously had this job done at another shop and the difference in quality of both parts and labour was night and day.nnWhen I hopped in the car, the rear-view camera settings needed a little tweaking and it took about a minute for James to resolve the issue for me. I have total confidence that he'd help me answer any other questions I may have in the future.
I had a really great experience getting my windows tinted and dash cam installed at AudioMotive. The team was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, making the entire process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. The quality of their workmanship was outstanding, and everything was completed with great attention to detail. I truly appreciated their honesty, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend AudioMotive to anyone looking for reliable and exceptional service. Fantastic job guys!
nnI had an excellent experience with AudioMotive and would highly recommend them. James, the owner, was incredibly helpful and professional from start to finish. I brought in my own dash cam for installation, even though they sell cameras themselves, and they were more than happy to install it.nnWhen they discovered I didn’t have the correct wiring kit, James took the time to explain exactly what I needed to purchase rather than trying to upsell me. Once I had the proper wiring, they fit me into their schedule the very next day.nnThe installation was clean and professionally done, and I especially appreciated their honesty and transparency. The estimate I was given was exactly what I paid—no surprises, no hidden fees, and no extra charges. Great customer service, fair pricing, and quality workmanship. I wouldn’t hesitate to use AudioMotive again and highly recommend James and his team to anyone looking for a dash cam installation.
My wife and I have both had Android Auto/Apple Car play head units installed to replace the factory units of our almost 10 year old vehicles. The team is knowledgeable and works quick. For my wife, they had all parts in-stock and we're able to squeeze her in on a Saturday taking only 40 minutes to install. I had wait of a week for a special order part but the install was super quick and professional!
I recently brought in my 85 Camaro here to diagnose and replace my rear speakers for my sound system. Fantastic and friendly service with good prices. I also previously purchased a stereo system here in 2016, which is still working great.nnMike and James were very friendly knowledgeable who took time to address any questions I had. Highly recommend this place for audio services.
