Canadian Air Systems

Let me just say that I have dealt with numerous contractors over the years with mediocre results at best. Many contractors promise that they will stand by their products and services until you call them regarding an issue. Either they don't return your call, or their number is conveniently no longer in service...say goodbye to your warranty if you experienced the latter. From my initial contact with Grant Parkes, Manager of Sales, to the in person no charge on site consultation with Jon, to the clean installation of my AC unit and Steam Humidifier by Rick and Jose, the word "professional" is an understatement. Canadian Air Systems does amazing work and their customer service goes beyond expectations. Grant's follow up emails and phone calls were very reassuring. He goes out of his way to make sure your happy with your installation and the products recommended for your budget. This company provides great after sales support and client care. If your looking for a long term service partner CAS is the way to go. They will be the only company I call to maintain my furnace, AC, and humidifier from now on. Thank You Grant, Jon, Rick, and Jose for restoring my faith in the industry. You guys are awesome!

We used Canadian Air Systems (CAS) to install a new high efficiency boiler for our hydronics system and were extremely pleased with their courteous attitude, quick and efficient installation, and very tidy workmanship. Subsequently, when renovating our second floor we sought to install a ductless split A/C system in the attic - CAS were extremely flexible in working with us to develop a plan that worked within the bounds of our floor plan and budget. Can't recommend these guys enough, they went out of their way to make sure we we're satisfied.
