Can Am Inn

Subpar experience, paid $100 for a night with a pet which is almost as much as you'd pay at a bigger hotel with much more in the way of amenities. The room was decently sized with two beds and a bathroom, as well as a TV, mini fridge, and microwave. The floor had various stains scattered around, and one of the comforters was pretty dirty as well. Not absolutely terrible, but far too expensive for what you get, it might be better value without a pet but I wouldn't know.

The staff are friendly and welcome you in as soon as you walk thru the lobby. They have great suggestions for eating and visiting places. Can Am Inn has a beautiful high ceiling in the lobby. The rooms are dated but clean. It's kid and dog friendly. I highly recommended it. :)

The lobby is welcoming and so is the staff, but the room we were in #1 dirty under the beds, #2 beds we're hard as a rock with coils poking through, #3 soft water but the shower head had no pressure and barely trickled out. #4 there was a broken chair. #5 the towels were old and very stained, #6 no coffee pots in the rooms, #7 door for the bathroom stuck on the floor, #8 not much of a selection for the continental breakfast. #9 the upholstery on the furniture was filthy. Will not be staying there again until they've upgraded everything.

The rooms are decent, not the cleanest. They state that they have continental breakfast and free WiFi. It is true that they have both of these things, but for breakfast they only have two types of cereal, two types of bagels, peanut butter, and cream cheese... Pretty lack luster. The WiFi is extremely choppy, hard to get any work done.

Great people! Very friendly and helpful. I will stay here whenever I am in Warroad.
