Campus Dentist Waterloo

I have a recent visit for an exam and X-rays I had sensitive teeth. Saw photos online and a few reviews thought I should give this place a try. It is not what like it’s shown in the photos about being so sophisticated. The Receptionist and hygienist who work here are not professional and welcoming or try to build a relationship with especially a new patient/client for the office. I was told to leave the office go do whatever hang in the cafeteria just because I arrive 30 mins earlier. I just wanted to give myself extra time because I live an hour away. Wanted to find the campus and especially the dental location which was a bit of a walk form the parking lot and no clear signs to go to this dental location. I’m here and fill out the forms she’s meanly teaching the hygienist this is the form she needs to do not trying to even ask how are you did you find your way ok here nothing no trying to make any conversation just wanted to get me in and OUT!! She is rude and should not be working in a profession as this which patients nervousness and sensitivity should matter. I still booked a new appointment for my fillings because I did appreciate the dental assistant in trying to make me feel comfortable and we had a good short conversation. But later on the week I became Sick lost my voice and it was Friday the office closed early I know I have to give notice in advance. I emailed because I got a email to confirm my appointment then it said to confirm it. I said I can’t I’m sick have lost my voice also but I will still call on Monday if I feel better a bit I got my voice and I called back to cancel. The receptionist who attended me had received the email went ahead and cancelled my appointment. But she did NOT even email me back to say sure hun I’m confirming we have cancelled your appointment we really hope you feel better and we would love to have you back in our care! No words no acknowledgment at all it’s like Great one patient amount of the way. She doesn’t care about people at all. Learn how to Treat people well. The other receptionist who I didn’t mena I believe her name is Christine is friendly she called back to say sorry for my bad experience. But I wouldn’t go there again I just have bad vibes now of the place. I would try to avoid it’s not for general public to go for any dental or denture work. I feel the student who go to the campus or live have no other choice but to go here it’s convenient because it’s in campus and they treating general public like they treat students like don’t really care about them or want to form any relationship. Even students shouldn’t go here I feel.

All around a great experience! From booking to cleaning to having my work completed! Friendly, comfortable, informative and most efficient staff. This made my dental experience a great one which most can agree is hard to come by. I cannot see myself going anywhere else for my dental needs. Amazing job to the whole team!!!

Wonderful experience! Receptionist at the front was very friendly, went through quote with me and addressed any needs prior to appointment. Dentist and assistant were both very professional, helpful and provided clear explanation every step of the way. Dr. Chattha was straight forward and honest while explaining next steps. I appreciated feedback about concerns and things to keep an eye on without receiving pressure to get procedures done right away with no explanation which I have received from other dentists in the past. Overall would recommend!

At Campus Dentist Waterloo the two front desk ladies took great care of me; they answered my questions, worked with my schedule and showed me what was possible with insurance. I will be maximizing my student insurance coverage for the year and getting the treatment I need now. I felt comfortable with both the dentist and my hygienist during my checkup. After differing dental work, I am grateful that I have a plan in place for my oral health.

The women at the front desk are beyond kind, they care about the individuals walking into the clinic and genuinely want to make sure everyone is comfortable before proceeding to their appointment. The hygienist I had was incredible at their job, very thorough with their work while always making sure I wasn't experiencing any pain or anxiety. My only concern was with the dentist who just seemed uninterested in their practice. They came across as bored while sitting in the hallway on their phone, and even when they came to review my x-rays before I left they just didn't seem interested in their job. Perhaps they were having an off day, however it did lessen my experience as I felt almost like an intrusion on their time and not a patient needing their input.

i'm a UW student and can recommend this hygienist and dentist, they were a great team. The front desk folks made the process of checking in and calculating my insurance coverage very clear. Everyone was warm and helped me feel comfortable and informed. My first cavities ! What a thrill.

The dentist and hygienists are always so friendly and personable. I am always comfortable here, and I really feel like they are about me and my health. It's great to feel like the professionals who are taking care of you are real people. Also, great quality care

The staff at this dental office is absolutely fantastic. The receptionists are wonderful and so sweet. The hygienists are very good at their jobs and super kind. The dentist is a fantastic man and he’s great as his job. Thank you to ALL of the clinic’s staff for taking care of my teeth and making going to the dentist a great experience.

I have been coming to this location since university and after graduation. The staff here are friendly and the doctor is patient and explained everything question I have. So far they have taken good care of my dental health!

Great service, especially from the ladies at the front desk! The staff was helpful throughout the booking process and answering questions about insurance for my yearly check-up and cleaning. Overall good experience.
