Story

A family friendly campground that offers 111 sites including basic tent sites, water & electric sites, and full hook-up sites. We are in the woods along the famous Battenkill River. We are open the end of April and close mid October.

5++ camping. We booked this camp site just for one night September 16-17 and I wish we could stay there longer. Very friendly and accommodating owners. We came 1 hour earlier, but since our site was ready, they checked us in earlier, so we enjoyed it for 1 hour longer :) Clean, peaceful, no roads or train tracks near by, just the sounds of nature. I camped with my son and my dog and chose a site between the river and a filed. It was perfect. There is a playground for kids on the field, a sandbox and a volleyball net. So I could watch my son playing on the playground from our camp site. We also enjoyed that our site was riverfront. The day was hot, and it was great that we and our dog could cool down right there. There is also very clean and grassy fenced dog park. Thank you for such a pleasant experience! We definitely will come back next year!!!

Loved this place so much ! Very quiet and next to a little stream. Leane and Neal were very helpful and kind. It's a wooded camp ground close to many beautiful hikes. Also has a good store with your fire starting needs. Definitely give this place a go ! Has cabins and tent areas and RV hook ups. Also super clean bathrooms. A++++ !

Camping on the Battenkill was allot of fun. Great owners. Lots to do. Beautiful area.

Tent site, right on the river, gorgeous view, w/ wifi! Can't beat that.
