The camping was good. Only there are some points that need to be mentioned. There is a seasonal smell of a farm. The scent of domestic animals are very strong. Secondly, the ground is not wholly asphalted. The bumpy road with lots of potholes is really annoying. The third one is that on their website there is written that the zoo is far away for 5 minutes driving which is not true. The destination is 13 minutes. The rest is ok and the area is much calmer compared to other places.
It was a good place to stay. We got a forest lot.Which really made the experiance better as we were secluded from the other campers. It also had power and water hookups so it was easy to clean dishes , charged phones and used an electric mattress pump.Rooms: 4/5
Hi we arrived to this camping to visit our friends at 8pm and the owner a blonde women told us is 30min free or $40 for 3 adults and 2 kids and you have to leave at 10pm.... seriously this is very expensive and trust me we are not the kind of people that are cheap. We wanted to pay but $40 for 2 hrs come on. You can charge but not same price you charge for a full day... anyways we paid and at 9:55pm security guy came by “it is time to go” lol we were sitting around the fire no making any noise whatsoever. I asked the guy what’s the big deal can we stay 15min more “No you have to go the office is closing”. Zero customer service oriented.... The next day we went to visit our friends again and the girl at the door said “1/2 hr free they took our drivers license and said if you are over the 30min we will charge you full price for the day” we understand the rules but be polite and explain the rules normally you don’t have to have bad attitude or be rude! This is customer service if you hate your job find something else. The worst part is that the owner was there and didn’t say anything. I guess this is how she trained her employees!!!
HORRIBLE STAFF!! VERY UNPLEASENT AND RUDE. Not understanding. Sure the place is great for kids as their play structure is huge pool is small, but it's close to Granby zoo. We've been going here for 4 years now and every exerience was great until this year. I came with my family of 5 and my moms family of 3. We both have campers and booked sites side by side so we can have a joint experience. Well we were told very rudly that we can not pull our camping in so our door is facing my moms camper door. Horrible experience and could not enjoy it with the rest of our family very rude staff would never come here again. I'd rather have a place that welcomes family's and can share a fun experience with everyone. High key suggest not going if wanting to enjoy with a big family
Looks so good but they don't make you feel like a family camping... Not sure have something to do we are from Ontario or they are just like that... $6 for 24 hours Wi-Fi per device... Crazy more than Chateau Frontenac in Quebec city... If you planning someone to visit you tell them To pay to rent a lot for $50 and they can stay all night, if not they will have to pay $40 eaven for 2 hours and at 10pm they literally kicked your visit out with cero patience...
WOW. What an experience. Staff is super friendly, place is beautiful, the lots are great. Cheap ice and wood- 24hr camp fire allowanc. What could be better!! Thank you Nathalie and Joannie. Super service. These two girls made everything wonderful.
Little tight, alot of lots canot fit rv and vehicule, so must park elsewhere not a big deal. Not many public restrooms. Wifi is so so. Other than that it a great place alot of activities for kids. Huge pool, parc, rink, trampoline, outdoor "drive in" only friday's. I recommend this camp site if you are a familly.
Nice campground with great facilities.
So much fun for the family
Translated by Google In the middle of the construction holiday week, stay of 3 nights from Sunday to Wednesday. Skeptical facilities; a chemical toilet placed at the end of our street… in a sorry state. We had to walk 10 min to get to the only "functional" toilet block. 6 toilet cubicles with showers. The ground of each of them covered with a mixture of water and sand. Just getting worse day by day... More than half either blocked or defective. When I come across an employee to tell her about a defective toilet, I seem to annoy her. The bottom of the pool is sticky. Bandages float on the water. The next day again are added to those of the day before not picked up. We come out of the pool with sticky skin. However, a lot of love was put into the landscaping... Priorities should be reconsidered... Cependant beaucoup d’amour mit dans l’aménagement paysager… Faudrait revoir les priorités…
