This was by far the worst experience I have ever had, the manager is not professional at all he's snappy and gives everybody including his employee's attitude. Custom orders are never on time could be waiting months!! I would not recommend the store, the only thing it does right is it beats all the other competitors prices around town and it's still way over priced. I would still pay the extra dollar to get a better more friendly service then rather going to that dump and deal with another horrific experience.

So this was by far the worst experience I have ever had in a store. A lot of staff running around acting busy but really didn't seem to be doing anything. We were told we had to speak to the Manager Bobby. None of the staff could locate him. We spent at least 25-30 mins waiting for him to get out of the bathroom. When he finally surfaced he was rude and snappy not only to us but his own staff members as well. On top of that he tried to charge us more for some material then was listed on the item sale tag. He had time to talk to his buddy cordially while I waited to speak with him a 2nd time. Guess in order to get GOOD service at this store you have to be a friend of the manager. We will take our business to Rona or Canadian Tire from now on. Prices are comparable. Staff there is far more friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable. (I had to put atleast 1 star to post this review. Would have rather left it at zero stars)
