So amazing, can not recommend them enough. My daughter had such a lovely party as did all her friends and this was mainly due to Crafty Critters. They were absolutely incredible! The team were all so lovely and very kind and thoughtful and obviously love what they do. If you’d like entertainment for your kid’s party I’d suggest that you book them, you won’t regret it I promise! Thank you Crafty Critters for making my daughter’s fourth birthday party so special! We can’t wait to book them again!
Both my kids went here for 4 days over 2 week period . My Autistic son had paint thrown over him which I wasn’t made aware of until he told me so, the next session I mentioned it, I was told I’d be made aware of any incident if needed in the future. A day later my daughter falls over grazes her hand/knuckles again I wasn’t made aware of this until she told me so. My daughter also grazed her shoulder which we later found that even ing from the same accident! No communication and I’m sure there not supervised. Kids have enjoyed themselves somewhat despite the issues !
Took our daughter here and will definitely be returning - the staff were super fun and friendly whilst remaining professional. The day was jam packed of fun and also some educational parts to it also which I can’t fault at all. My daughter keeps asking me when is she going back there she enjoyed it that much. I Will certainly be recommending crafty critters to all of my friends and family who have young kids as this is an opportunity not to be missed out on. Thanks again to all the staff who work to make this place what it is.
We had a week at this camp during summer 2021 and it was excellent! Every day our child came home incredibly excited about his day, raving about what he’d been up to and so proud to show us what he had made and learnt. He really did have the time of his life his words, so from feeling worried about sending him off, we were left sad we hadn’t sent him earlier in the holidays so he could go again later! We will definitely be back and would recommend it. Thank you so much.
Both of my boys love coming to Crafty Critters - a mixture of crafts, sports and holiday fun. Lovely, caring staff - they like it so much, my 12 yr old is volunteering to help in the holidays. Totally recommend Crafty Critters
My sons love going to Crafty Critters. The activities are always different and interesting and they are always so proud to show me what they've made. They are really creative so found other sports camps tiring and boring. Crafty Critters is a perfect mix of crafts and sports. Added to this, the staff are brilliant :- It's definitely my favourite of the local holiday clubs
My child 4 came home crying on the first 2 days of these sessions. Fair enough it didn't suit him, so I asked to cancel the next 2 sessions booked note I had only booked these 2 days prior for the next week and there was still 5 days until the next sessions so in my opinion given the circumstances, and that my child is unhappy/crying after these sessions, I think it would be fair for them to cancel. I got a response saying "if I dont pay it will go to debt collectors and impact my credit score" and that "you will NEED to use our services in the future so you better pay". Completely inappropriate responses given that this is a business dealing with children. Be cautious when dealing with them. Very money hungry business. In response, my daughter's best friend was going to one session so she was desperate to go. I wouldn't say all issues are resolved as the feedback above remains valid.
My daughter always enjoys this club and looks forward to it. A good mix of arts/crafts and outside exercise. Staff are really friendly.
