Cameo Heights Mansion

It can be an adventure when choosing a place to stay online and I always brace myself when we arrive. It’s amazing how a photos can be misleading. A beautiful, spacious room at a grand location can turn out to be a cramped “well loved” room at a less than stellar place. I booked a 2 night stay at Cameo Heights as part of our 13th wedding anniversary trip. My husband was not as excited as I was about the Walla Walla leg of our trip and had resigned himself to indulging me and my choice to stay here, so I might have been a little more nervous than usual when we arrived. There is nothing misleading about Cameo Heights! Everything didn’t just meet, but exceeded all of our expectations. The mansion, our room, and the grounds are gorgeous. The lovely people who so capably saw to our needs were kind and capable. As an early riser and an avid coffee drinker I loved the complimentary wake up service, and let me just say that breakfast here is something to look forward to! Our stay was an amazing experience for both me AND my husband and if we hadn’t had other commitments my husband would have happily extended our stay another night. Highly recommend and we hope to return some day.

Amazing retreat over looking local orchards! Beautiful rooms, excellent service, and The Vine has wonderful food. Great place for couples to relax and have a romantic time.

Awesome place to get away for awhile. Have great wine selection. There is a variety of rooms to choose from. It is better to stay during the summer. The view is breath taking.
