Relaxed staff that accommodated our desire to try on anything. No pretentiousness here. "It doesn't hurt to try", was the attendants phrase as we scanned through the dresses. Extremely helpful with accessories like sleeves, straps and jackets to help visualize my daughter's dream dress. 5*
We went through many wedding gowns and finally settled on this one. It's perfect! The top was separate from the gown, so that we can change up the look throughout the evening. Fits in so well with our wedding theme.
Was a lovely experience even not as the bride! Went in support of a good friend and the staff were super accommodating and lovely. Really went the extra mile and gave great recommendations and advice. Highly recommend checking out!

Very unprofessional - from staff to management. Got the run around on the phone, didn't even end up in store due to the unprofessional stories that was given to me about their store by their own employees- very unpleasant experience. Wouldn't recommend.
