I question after reading reviews if management has even actually taken in any feedback that has been given by dissatisfied customers. I purchased a prom dress for my daughter weeks ago and was given a name of a seamstress to take and get it altered. While we were in the store the dress my daughter fell in love with had to be adjusted by the girl who was assisting us. One of the men that greeted us at the door even came over and adjusted the dress. I asked the girl about the adjustments , as i noticed it did not seem to sit right. She assured me that the dress just was not sitting on my daughter right, that the seamstress could fix that and it was fine. A week after when we took it to the seamstress she told us right away as soon as my daughter came out in it, that the whole dress was twisted and suggested we take it back to the store. I contacted the store drove back up to basically be told by the sales girl the dress was fine just a bit off. They exchanged the dress which was a 00 to a size 08. The sales girls said they could alter the dress that day I assumed that the alterations were going to be included based on the fact they knowingly sold us a dress that you could clearly see was twisted and ethically should have said something the first time. As we went to the cash to get a new receipt we were told the cost to alter the dress was going to be $200!!! insane for a dress that cost $285. She said she would give us a $20 discount!! How offensive ! The alteration was to take in the dress from a size 08 to fit a 00 and did not include the hem. Mya i believe her name was kept saying "i wish there was something i could do" - Again as a business make right what was wrong on there part selling us a dress that was twisted. Nice dresses and i am sure if you walk away with the right one you will have no problems. BUT if there is a problem definitely read the reviews by people who have had to go through what i did. Anyone can clearly see when the dress is positioned into place it does not sit right at all. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Went here over the weekend to look for something for my sister wedding. As soon as I entered I was greeted and told to start looking around and someone would be with me to help. Loved how organized the place was. I had 3 associates help me find what I was looking for. I was able to narrow down to 2 dresses but didn’t want to make a decision yet. One of the girls took my name and number and notes down the 2 dresses so I would have an easier time to find it if I come back. Great customer service!
They accepted me without an appointment. I didn’t know I had to book an appointment. The girls were highly professional! This store was the first one I visited trying to find an evening dress. They found the dress and I’m very happy with it! They don’t have alterations there, but they provide the list of people who can do it. I’m definitely going to return there for cocktail dresses!
Had an amazing experience, everyone in this store was so kind and welcoming, and made the process of finding my prom dress so easy. The employees knew exactly what dresses to pull based on what I liked and didn’t, Julia in particular was super helpful. Overall great store and employees, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a dress!

Absolutely incredible service from Monique and Mickalia. I went here today Thursday to get a dress before I got on a plane Saturday something I thought would be near impossible and I cannot say enough good things. Monique and Mickalia were helping me and my sister who was looking for a prom dress at the same time and they didn't even bat an eye at the turnaround time, just said don't worry about it we will take care of you. And boy did they ever. They pulled out dress after stunning dress, I couldn't believe it. They were completely honest about what did and didn't look good on my body and I didn't feel rushed or pressured at all. They let me try on SO many dresses and never made me feel like a burden or like I was taking up too much of their time. They were patient and fun with both me and my sister and we both walked out with INCREDIBLE dresses that we never would have thought of had we been by ourselves. These girls knew exactly what our body types needed and I can't thank them enough. They told me exactly what to wear with the dress and sent it to their lovely seamstress for pickup THE NEXT DAY for a VERY reasonable and affordable price. I am stunned at the level of care and excellent customer service to me and my sister. Literally can't say enough good things. And the dress selection here is top notch. It's impossible not to find something to love. Will absolutely be coming back for any future dress needs I may have!
I’m so happy with the service I received here yesterday!!! Sabrina the sales associate was amazing!!! She helped me find the perfect dress to wear to my sisters wedding as the maid of honour. I left the store very happy! Shout out to Sabrina for being an incredible sales associate!
Dress was fantastic - expensive - but fantastic!. Sales person Enrica was amazing. Delay in delivery was ridiculous! My sister received her dress 2 days before her son's wedding. They didn't appear to appreciate how stressful that is - to not know if your dress for your son's wedding was actually going to show up! With no apparently concept of how busy the week before a wedding is with 22 guests from overseas, they actually expected us to come back down to the store the DAY BEFORE the wedding for final alterations!!! The seamstress was a whiz. That woman should get a raise! The only compensation offered was a small reduction on alteration costs and a free clutch bag. Insulting. Very very disappointed. Some reduction in the cost of the dress - or complimentary alterations - would have been appropriate. If you do choose to purchase here - do not give them the actual date for the event; allow 4 extra weeks for delivery. And good luck!
Amazing experience!! Felt welcome as soon as we walked in the door, we knew right away that we would be taken care of! All the staff was so friendly and we were so fortunate to be taken care of by Christine. We said YES to a beautiful dress and can’t wait til prom to see it on our beautiful girl
