Quiet but rather run down. The hot tub had been removed. The clubhouse was being worked on. Staff were rather intrusive.

Very good camping! The new owners are making awesome efforts to make customers happy (they gave us propane instead of telling us where to buy some) and to restore the site. The view on the sea is great and there is even a little river where whe could bathe!

Overall the campground was a nice place and very clean but the camplots were quite small. There is no cable tv, even though there is a cable to hook up to your camper, only select sites get cable. Satellite does not come in either on the tv. You have to pay for wifi, per device and it's not really a reasonable price, especially since Its per device. And like I mentioned before, the camp lots are almost too small and you are very up close and personable with each of your neighbors.

It's a NEW DAY at Camden Hills RV Resort. NEW OWNERSHIP. I appreciate all the comments and we will be taking them to heart. We've just purchased it and we are hard at work preparing improvements. Admittedly, the facilities have been sorely neglected for far too long, but you will certainly see IMPROVEMENTS this season. Please join us. Please share your suggestions and please be patient with us. We are striving to make Camden Hills RV Resort a community campground that you and we can be proud of.

We stayed at the campground two nights. The campground was really in a nice location and very quiet. Then, we did stay Oct 12 and 13, so the season was winding down. Staff were nice. If your unit is self contained, you will like the area. If you need to use their bathrooms...don't... mushrooms were growing in the bathroom. Unable to even step into a shower, and one toilet was 'fussy' all summer per one resident, so don't use it, I was told. So, it was not a very comfortable stay. Other reviews I have read all show the same - the signs that the facility is not being kept up.
