Call it Spring

I just purchased a pair of heels and Daniela was amazing! If I was able to give her more than 5 stars I would! Her customer service was top notch! She was super sweet and helpful!

Worst customer experience. I went in to the store to return stuff that I bought online. They said they’re returns were down and don’t know when it will get fixed and asked me to square one store to return it. Okay hen I asked for a pair to try on they said it’s unavailable although the website says it’s available in the store

Worst experience I ever had shopping for shoes. I come here all the time and the Indian girls are very nice and helpful. I came last week and girl called Anita talked rudely and was on her phone the whole time. Do you guys hire from the streets or is there a real hiring process, the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Turned my heart against the store. She needs a reality check, working minimum wage talking like she owns the store. Please fix up!

I wish there is any negative star...worst worst stuff..mannerless, arrogant ..actually I hv no words.. sad for her parents..

Worst customer service I have encountered at any call it spring store across Canada, I would say no customer service. They behave as if we are doing some sort of crime visiting them. Felt insulted while returning the items. I am person of rules and people at customer service should love serving customers or change their profession rather than making customers unhappy. Not sure if higher management pays attention to these reviews but the way they talk is not correct. It was Kanishka helping us and she was okay not great as she was checking her phone while serving and talking to us but the other lady Michelle who was jumping on her shoulder back and again was very arrogant and talked rudely. The other girl on the floor was confused and had language issues. Oct 11,2021 at 5:30 pm. Rush in store as they were in store.

Very poor service at the Bramalea store. The girl at the front desk does not know the name of her colleague Jasmine who had reserved shoes for me. Not only that she was totally unaware of stock or inventory or she was not in the mood to sell.

I love shoes from this store. They are very comfortable. It is very hard for me to find comfortable shoes but I usually have no problem finding something in this store. Stuff was very helpful and friendly. They did not have my size so they ordered and delivered it for me to my home.

Poor customer service at the Bramalea city centre location. Employees ignored me looking at the shoes and don’t even offer to help or get a size. I had to beg for help here and honestly I’ve never experienced such laziness and inattentiveness to the potential customers. On top of everything they don’t have sizes lol never coming back here

I went shopping with my mom to purchase a purse, the mall was suppose to close at 7 but their shop was already closed at 6. My mom saw a purse she liked from outside and we saw two girls that worked there standing outside. So my mom asked them the price of the purse and one of the girls said they were off duty and said we can buy it online. This is of course understandable, but I checked the website earlier and got confused so we thought if we knew the price it would make finding the purse online easier and confirming it was the purse she wanted. My mom asked again and the girl refused by saying the were off duty even though the purse was right beside the entrance. So I tried explaining to her politely that we came very far to buy the purse and it would really help if she could just tell us the price BUT SHE KEPT CUTTING ME OFF! By this point I was angry and the other girl working there standing in the back was just laughing at us and our situation! My mom and I were really upset at the horrible experience we had with these employees, they could have just been decent people and helped us. I mean its one thing to not help and its another to laugh at us. Truly horrible service I will never go back there.
