Excellent customer service and products. Jules helped me order a specific colour of Camper sandals from a West coast location that are not carried in store in Toronto. I received a timely phone call to alert me to their arrival in store. I was able to communicate well with staff to postpone my pick up date. Sam helped me when I arrived in store to try on and pay for my sandals. He cleaned them as they had some black marks on them possibly made by a previous customer trying them on. I was able to use my West Queen West BIA anycard gift card. All in all, highly recommended. Lots of comfortable seating.

This store is so beautifully curated. The prices are fair for the quality of the products being sold. I was helped by a sales associate named Justin and he was so knowledgeable about the products. He was super sweet and helped me find everything I was looking for. I would recommend dropping by this Ossington Gem if you’re in this part of the city.

In a few words, i window shop in this store. It has some gorgeous shoes, in fact so many that I really love that I have a little trouble deciding. Definitely a great place to see select brands that have been all season favourites. The personable and trendy part of this experience is that you will also find selections that cater to fashionistas as well as the brands that your entire family will wear. Take a look at some of the pictures, that’s the approach I have for the fact that I went in and wanted the experience rather than to own another pair of shoes. The selection was great and the shoes are beautiful but when I asked for my size I was continually brought with a UK or men’s size. I don’t blame the employee though, as I have worked in the same industry and mistakes are bound to happen due to lack of training. The more experienced employees did not notice to correct, help, or assist them and continued chatting. Please better aid your new employees so as not to lose a sale!

Went in to look at selection of casual wear shoes, discovered a great selection of print socks a wide array of colors n prints. Combed cotton. The line of clothing changes, and rarely would.one be disappointed. I'd suggest the store, and will return. Sales assoc's were quite upbeat and helpful but not pushy. A welcomed experience.

I really want to write a good review but I experienced such bad customer service today. For spending over 300$ on a pair of boots I feel very upset and confused by it. I came into the store with my partner. My partner experienced great customer service while the person attending to me ignored me. Even after trying on the boots I was left to wait 5 mins before I could flag another person down... and the store was practically empty. The person never checked in with me, didn't clear out my shoe for me to try it on, didn't bring my box to the front and again never even greeted/spoke to me during the process. It was bizarre. For being a high end shoe store, I believe it's important for customers to feel valued and I left today feeling completely the opposite - for that alone I won't be back.

My sales associate Maggie was extremely helpful and efficient when at the Queen Street West location. She assisted in helping me with my purchases of Italian made boots, taion down pants and jacket and some accessories. She was very pleasant and courteous. We also ordered a cashmere scarf, which when in the store she will notify me. Many thanks.

As a young working woman, I rarely delve outside of the thrift store these days to purchase anything for myself, though I’m glad something pulled me into the store this past week when I was in the city for an appointment. I thought I would just be killing time walking around, but wound up having an awesome conversation with Danielle and left with something for myself for the first time in legitimate years. She made me feel like I was welcome and belonged there, something rare in many Toronto shops. I was so stoked to have her helping me out and am excited to hopefully return and see her again before Christmas!

I came in today to purchase another pair of Repettos. While I was sad that my shoes were not in stock, I experienced lovely customer service by Cole. Cole was so friendly, informative, and attentive - going so far as to check company wide inventory if they had my desired colour/style in my size. On top of the prompt service, Cole had a lovely disposition and I will happily come back to purchase my shoes from Cole when they are restocked

A truly excellent selection of quality shoes and boots. This has been one of my favorite places to buy shoes for the last decade. I will continue to travel into town to shop here. My last visit I also found the customer service to be particularly curteous, attentive and helpful as I ordered in a larger size of the Camper Peu boots from their Calgary location.
