My basement drain was clogged outside the house underground. The Technician, Jean, was very experienced. He quoted a price before starting. Although the price is high, almost $400.00 with tax, he had all the appropriate equipment on the truck. He worked very hard and eventually opened up the clog. He was able to run water demonstrating the drain was working, however it was a mystery where the water was going. He then used a camera on a snake to see that the drain was open but still not totally clear. He then used an auditory device to determine where the snake had stopped. It was near where the drain should have ended. Together we dug up the ground and found the pipe and saw that it was crushed but also cracked so the water could now escape. I then cleared the path for the water to exit. I am very happy as It seemed for a while I would need to hire a backhoe to dig up and replace the line, fortunately, that is not necessary. I am very pleased. The technicians persistence and experience as well as having the appropriate equipment saved me the trouble and expense of hiring someone to dig up an replace the line. Thanks

Let's calm down a wee bit. Unfortunately, I can't stand online forms, so I'll just wing it. The plumber sent by Clint Plumbing -- and I apologize for forgetting his name -- was on time, competent, presentable, didn't mumble or drool and there was not a single sign of a butt crack. The drain was working when he left. It's still working but we all know how that goes. So, in short -- and as others have pointed out it's a bit pricey -- you carried your half of the deal. Thanks.

Sales person was personable and Knowledgeable. happy to give a free estimate and projected time and cost of my repair needs. I would definitely recommend them for future requirements

Needed a spigot repaired, which was no emergency, however they were still very quick to get a technician out to take a look! They sent us Eric, whom was great! He went over all the options as well as every step he wild take in order to get the Job done. He was very knowledgeable and patient, it took him about an hour total from assessing the issue to rectifying it... very efficient! We will definitely use them again and even called up to request Eric as our personal plumber!

Our kitchen faucet started leaking last Sunday morning and we were worried that it is going to flood the kitchen floor if we had kept on using it. When we called the Clint plumbing, Erik, the technician, arrived promptly and gave us an estimate for a new faucet and also for some work on the drain pipe attached to the faucet and the dish washer. Erik was scheduled to come the next day and complete the work. However, for some reason Erik couldn't come that day but came a couple of days later and did a great job in installing the new faucet and fixing the drain pipe. Erik and the dispatching crew are very friendly and polite and I will not hesitate in using their services again.
