I've been seeing Dr. Kwan for years for my flat feet problem. Now that she has moved to the new clinic I love going there even more! Finding parking is not an issue anymore, clinic looks great and Dr. Jessica Kwan is amazing and knowledgeable as always. Can't recommend her enough!!
Dr Kwan is kind and caring Dr. providing options that allowed me to save my toe nail. She also offered me a toe nail brace that enabled me to grow back in a healthy and functional nail and even paint it in time to paint it - just like years before. Have to mention the great front desk administrator who does whatever he can to get appointments and billing to make things work. Highly recommend. Jacklynn Holmes
Great experiences with Dr. Kwan on numerous occasions for various foot issues, and also for compression stockings and custom orthotics. Highly recommend her and her staff at the Calgary Foot Clinic for their thoroughness and great care.
Great experience! Dr. Kwan went the extra mile during my treatment and offered several options to prevent future issues. The visit didn't feel rushed and I would definitely come back.
Amazing clinic. Visited in 2021 for orthotics and for foot pain. Dr. Kwan and the staff are excellent at what they do and are really nice as well. Really, really enjoyed meeting them!
Dr. Kwan and her staff were very friendly when I first entered the clinic. I was seen immediately and my measurements were taken for orthotics. They very knowledgeable and efficient, I was able to get everything done during my lunch hour. I have since seen great improvement, less pain in my joints and no longer any knee issues when I play sports. I never go anywhere without them whether it's a walk with my family or i'm playing basketball or volleyball. Thank you very much Dr. Kwan to you and your amazing team!
I had Dr.Kwan examine my foot and she did and amazing job. Super friendly and so were her staff. Before going here I used to buy insoles from sportchek and I used to have lower back issues, but these ones that I got from her were custom for my feet and it feels amazing and I notice my feet feeling a lot better with these custom insoles and my back feeling better than normal as well. Custom insoles made a huge difference. Highly recommended seeing Dr. Kwan!
I am not sure if people were expecting some type of spa treatment but first and foremost this place is a medical foot clinic. You should only go if you want a foot and ankle medical expert to fix your foot/ankle related medical condition. I have been a patient of Dr.Kwan's for 3 years now and had suffered from a variety of foot and ankle issues. When I had foot pain, I went in for treatments, and the pain went away. That's what Doctors are supposed to do the last time I checked. Also, please don't waste your money buying orthotics from Chiropractors and Physiotherapists!!! Would you pay your car mechanic to fix your hot water tank? Why in the world would you let someone sell you orthotics who isn't even a foot doctor?!?!? I wasted thousands of dollars on orthotics from Chiropractors and still had chronic foot and knee pain. I went in for a proper casting and diagnosis from Dr.Kwan and invested in a pair of orthotics that actually made the pain stop. I now have proper orthotics in my athletic shoes, my dress shoes, and even my snowboarding boots. I can now hike 20km+ and snowboard an entire day without foot/knee pain - you really can't put a price on being pain free. Don't make the same mistakes I did, go see a foot doctor if you have a foot issue. My only regret is I wish I would have done so earlier, I probably could have saved years of damaging wear and tear on my knees and feet.
I had an amazing experience with Dr. Kwan! She was kind and professional. I would come here for all my foot needs.
There is not much good to say here. Although the doctor was nice and all, the place is quite awful and unbecoming for a clinic. The waiting area is dank and dark and the examination rooms no better. The chairs used for exams are flaking pleather and seem unhygienic. I felt rather uncomfortable from the moment I entered, sort of like I was in a dirty tattoo parlour. I had to use the washroom before leaving and it was like a gas station restroom.....not good. The entire place needs a cleaning and face lift. Sadly I shall have to seek relief elsewhere.
