Today my daughter Gabby and I needed help to get a ring off her finger.  Her finger started to swell and was starting to really throb. The guys at station 11 in Calgary were amazing, kind and technically outstanding. They got the ring off with no issues. Thank-you so much!

Just a note of thanks to the amazing firefighters  EMS and police for their help on Thursday, August 18. Especially helpful was Steve, all of you are heros!! Take care. Anonymous emoji

My husband and I had to call the Fire Department today for a non emergency situation. The firemen from Station 11 were send out. They arrived in a timely manner and were extremely professional and wonderful to deal with. I would certainly give them 5 stars! I appreciate all they do to keep us safe and the deserve a BIG thank you for their superb service to the residents of Calgary!

Very nice firefighters! You guys are the best

It's a good thing that they are building a new firehouse next door.  This one is dilapidated.  The guys working their deserve more.
