Highly recommend to stay away from the shop since they take zero responsibility for their mistakes on fitment. No point to overpay if they don’t responsible if the rim does for fit I was really hoping to leave a 5 star review for this place however spending over 7k on the rims and tires became a disaster for me. I have ordered vossen HF2 with Michelin tires from this shop. I did suggest the tire size and confirmed the fitment with them. After installing the rims at the same shop it started rubbing my fenders and damaged them over 10k repair. The shop refused to deal we need at any way possible. None of the options were offered to me. Even something simple like changing front tires would solve the issues. I was not even asked them to deal with the fenders repairs. However they put zero effort to solve this. I bough from them 3 times and was expecting some different treatment when I brought my 150k bmw to their shop. Now they are replaying stating they recommend to go with the smaller tires. This is not true. They actually recommended me to go with 275/35/20 at the front and now me choosing 255/35/20 is too aggressive lol? Neither they offered me to get the replacement for the tires below the cost. There’s was no a single attempt to resolve this with me. Not a single option was offered from you.
What can I say. Top notch service all around. I brought my car in for some new tires after a family member suggested I do and was not disappointed! My appointment took about an hour and I was on my way. The whole experience was awesome. I believe his name was David. What an awesome guy. I called in 30 minutes before closing time and he took time to answer all my questions, made some suggestions and was very polite and helpful. Gave me many options and prices to make a decision for my car and I never felt pressured to just buy something. I would highly recommend giving these guys a call when you new tires . Thank you to all the employees at Canada Custom Autoworks.
DAVE! cant say enough good things about this Man! I planned on lifting the truck come spring, but needed tires before winter! For whatever reason my wife had a moment of weakness and gave me the go ahead to Lift it NOW! I work up north and only had 4 days off than would be gone again for another month, Dave was able to source me out the exact lift and studded tire set up I wanted to run! Install was flawless and done in a very timely manor, now my ram 3500 looks incredible and rides even better! Cannot thank you enough for managing to sneak my truck in last minute! Bear in mind here, everywhere else I called was waiting 4-16 weeks just to bring the lift in, let alone install the damn thing! Dave was able to pull some strings and had the kit ready to Install with only 3 days notice!
I had a good experience at Calgary custom Autoworks, great team all around. I want to give a shoutout to Dave for getting me in, and out of the the shop with everything installed, in such a short period of time. They really worked with my schedule to try and accommodate my situation. Thanks guys. I will be back. Josh
Highly recommended, especially if you can work with Dave. He was patient, knowledgeable and great to work with. He installed my lift kit, rims and Tires. I would recommend to everyone and anyone looking for professionals to work on your vehicle. Just call and ask for Dave! Lol!
I bought winter steel rims and winter tires from them. Early spring this year I hit a pot hole and the passenger side rim was damaged. I brought my car in and the fixed the rim and checked the balancing and its good as new! I'll definitely use them again in the future
Our family has changed our tired with Canada Custom Autoworks for several years now and they never disappoint. Top notch service all around. Very quick with getting back to you and getting you in as soon as possible. Thank you to everyone at CCA! You guys are amazing!
Brought in my Tundra for a simple fender flare installation. Brought in all the boxed components, and it seemed obvious they didnt know what they were doing or werent experienced with the installation. I was left with a zap strapped inside liner, they didnt reinstall the mudflap, and bent the metal on the truck pulling out the tab. Had no solutions to remedy the situation. Unbelievable!! One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had!! Took it to Action Trucks on Barlow. The Technician said it was the easiest flares he has installed after being told I didnt have the right parts. What CCW did was break parts on my truck needed for the install and left me with the mess!!
Absolutely amazing customer service! Dave go's above and beyond to answer questions and make you comfortable. I've used them a few times now and I'll definitely be using them in the future.
Please AVOID doing business here and look for a more reputable company! They lied about the fitting of the rims and would not refund the money when we told them it doesn’t fit. A very poor experience and would absolutely not recommend!
